This week has been busy so far but so many exciting things! I received an Advocare shipment yesterday and I'm pretty excited about it. Some of it was for a coworker, but most of it were ours. The Watermelon Spark and Catalyst is mine of course and the Orange Spark is Adams. I am in LOVE with the new SLAM flavors, it really gives me a boost at the gym to get some hardcore cardio in (especially on lack of sleep).

It's been a while since I've posted a gym selfie on the blog. I'm slowly seeing progress. Lately I have been doing lots of weightlifting to tone my arms and I am really starting to see definition!!
It's not just Wednesday, it's #WCW (woman crush wednesday) and look who is on the cover of Cosmo this month. SJP who is AMAZING!!! She is my WCW this week. I think she is GORGEOUS!!
