Rules I Live By



-Start each day with a positive attitude, your day will be so much better

-Be kind to one another

-Avoid toxic and negative people because they will bring you down.

-Drink at least 80 ounces of water everyday

-Sweat at least six times a week.  Do it.  You need it.

-Schedule your workouts like you would anything else.

- One cheat meal a week.  Anything more than that will make you feel like crap.

- Drink wine.

- Make friends...you will need them, trust me.

- Be kind to people because you never know what they are going through.

- Make time for what you love.

- Make NO excuses.

- Meal plan and Meal prep

- If you don't plan, you'll fail...I PROMISE!

-Always have healthy snacks in close reach as well as a H2O.

- Never, ever take your health for granted

- Count your blessings and say your prayers EVERYDAY

- Make your actions speak louder than your words.

- Laugh a little everyday.
